By using WebsiteVigil you agree to these terms, which govern assessments, subscriptions, reports, consultations and partner engagements.
Use of the service
You may only submit domains you own or are authorised to assess. Automated scanning is rate-limited and crawl size is restricted by plan. Misuse, resale of raw platform output, or attempts to influence scoring are prohibited.
Subscriptions and payment
Prices are set in USD and charged in supported local currencies. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Consultations and implementation work are charged separately from platform subscriptions.
No guarantees
WebsiteVigil improves website readiness, visibility and reliability. It does not guarantee Google rankings, AI citations, traffic or revenue outcomes. Automated accessibility and compliance findings are not legal certification.
Liability and partners
Partners are independent organisations engaged directly by the customer under delegated access. WebsiteVigil verifies technical outcomes but is not a party to partner implementation contracts.
