Refund Policy
We aim for every paid assessment to be genuinely useful. This policy explains when refunds apply.
Detailed assessments
Because the report is delivered immediately on completion, refunds are considered where the assessment failed to complete, produced materially inaccurate findings, or was purchased in error and not yet delivered.
Subscriptions
Monitoring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not normally refunded unless the service failed materially.
Consultations and partner work
Consultations cancelled with reasonable notice are refunded or rescheduled. Partner implementation is quoted and settled separately under the agreed scope.
How to request
Raise a billing ticket through the support centre with your invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in the original billed currency.
