Information we collect
Account details, organisation details, domains you submit, publicly available website data collected during assessments, connected Google account data you authorise, support correspondence and billing records.
How we use information
To deliver assessments, monitoring, reports, alerts, support and billing; to improve detection accuracy; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Data ownership and retention
Customers own their organisation data. Scan history, reports and connections remain with the customer organisation even if a partner is removed. Data is retained according to plan and legal requirements, and deleted on verified request.
Security and contact
Access is restricted by strict multi-tenant isolation and role-based permissions. Privacy enquiries can be raised through the WebsiteVigil support centre.
