Is VigilCheck™ really free?
Yes. VigilCheck™ is a free, passive baseline check. No credit card is required and no code or configuration is changed on your website.
Is VigilAudit™ a subscription?
No. VigilAudit™ is a one-time assessment purchased per website. It does not enrol you into VigilWatch™ and it does not renew.
What does VigilWatch™ monitor?
VigilWatch™ keeps WebsiteVigil watching your website over time: uptime, website changes, scheduled technical reassessment and the lifecycle of open findings across the WebsiteVigil 10™. It cannot promise that every possible problem will be detected.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. VigilWatch™ is S$129 per month or S$1,290 per year in Singapore, a saving of S$258 — the equivalent of two months free.
Does VigilWatch™ include an initial assessment?
Yes. The subscription entitlement permits one initial detailed baseline assessment per covered website. You still request it explicitly; a subscription never launches an assessment by itself.
Do I need VigilWatch™ to use VigilAssist™?
No. VigilAssist™ is available with or without a VigilWatch™ subscription, subject to specialist availability.
How are VigilAssist™ projects priced?
A 60-minute specialist consultation is S$220. Scoped projects start from S$650, and the final project price is quoted after scoping and approved by you before any work begins.
Can WebsiteVigil automatically change my website?
No. WebsiteVigil never modifies your website or DNS. It reports what it observes; changes are made by you, your developer, or a WebsiteVigil specialist within an agreed VigilAssist™ scope.
Can WebsiteVigil automatically change Google Ads or Google Business Profile?
No. Google Ads and Google Business Profile access is read-only, and WebsiteVigil does not publish review responses on your behalf through these plans.
